Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of wellness supplement products, returns may only be accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item.
